Velia Ontiveros Arias
Passionate About Inspiring Others
Hello, I'm Velia Ontiveros the driving force behind the vision at Supply Chain Survivors. As an Industrial Engineer, I've always been fascinated by the intricate workings of systems – a fascination that has evolved into a mission to transform the landscape of Global Supply Chains into Excellence. My journey transcends the confines of the industrial and profesional coaching world, I am also a passionate writer of historical fiction, weaving narratives that echo the resilience and strength inherent in human stories. Through Supply Chain Survivors, I bring this storytelling spirit to the world of organizational development. I love Mentorship, for me doesn't mean just a task; it's a calling that I wholeheartedly embrace. I find immense joy in guiding professionals, sharing insights, and nurturing the next generation of leaders. Within the walls of Supply Chain Survivors, mentorship is not just a service; it's a commitment to fostering excellence and empowering individuals to achieve their full potential. Away from the boardroom, my love for the family, arts and traveling fuels my creative spirit. These experiences shape my approach to organizational ethics, grounding Supply Chain Survivors in principles that resonate with integrity, transparency, and a commitment to doing what's right. For me the very used phrase of: " Living with purpose" is not just a statement; it's a lifestyle that defines every decision at Supply Chain Survivors. I believe in building not just successful supply chains but also contributing to a world where businesses thrive with a sense of purpose and responsibility. My life has put me in places and situations that made me to embrace resilience as a lifestyle, and it reflects in every facet of Supply Chain Survivors. Together, let's navigate challenges, overcome obstacles, and emerge stronger – not just as a supply chain entity but as a community that thrives in the face of adversity.
